The “For The People” (HR1) ACT is yet another flowery titled attempt (in the minds of many, to formalize their cheating methods, at worst, and in the very least) UnConstitutionally Federalize ALL Elections (Right currently reserved to/for the States) – it’s really (again, in the minds of the most vocal critics of the Bill) the “VOTER FRAUD ENSHRINEMENT” ACT. Michigan Conservative Coalition - CALL TO ACTION (Tue May 11): The U.S. Congress has two bills designed to take over elections---FOREVER.
The bill HR1 / S1 (sarcastically called For the People’s Act) is Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s signature piece of federal legislation designed to permanently rig the states’ election systems in favor of Democratic politicians by undermining America’s electoral process.
If HR 1 / S1 passes the federal government it will shift massive amounts of elections-related power from the states to the federal government.
Basically, HR1/S1 will federalize our election processes, which are currently run by the states.
The bills would interfere with the ability of states and their citizens (YOU) to determine qualifications for voters.
The People’s Act (it really should be named the Corrupt Politican’s Act) enshrines into law dubious electoral practices that enable and encourage fraudulent behavior, such as ballot harvesting, false voter registrations, duplicate voting, and ineligible voting!
What can be done? Elections must remain under every states’---our state’s---control!!
The Michigan House has an Election and Ethics Committee that will be hearing testimony in Lansing on the House Concurrent Resolution 0005. This Resolution is being introduced to preempt Washington's power grab through the federal HB1/S1.
HCR 0005 states: “A concurrent resolution to reaffirm states rights under the United States Constitution to establish election laws.”
This hearing is scheduled for Tuesday May 11th, at 12:00 pm. Room 326, House Office Building, Lansing MI. Here is what to do:
Please plan to attend as a show of support for this Resolution and to support our State's right to govern our own elections free of Washington interference!
Make comments in support of this Resolution on note cards you can obtain while there. Those comments will be read at the meeting by the chair of the Committee, Representative Ann Bollin.
This massive centralization of federal power into the hands of incumbent lawmakers is D.C.’s way of trying to make sure the game is rigged in their favor - Forever.
Politicians already in Washington should not be choosing who goes to Washington, — voters should!
